As Plastic Surgeons, we aim to help patients by bringing someone who has sustained an injury, physical harm, deformation or loss of function of a body part, back on the path to recovery. Thus in the reconstructive arena Plastic Surgeons have led the way in cleft lip and palate corrections, tissue transfers, treatment of burns and cancer defects, management of facial injuries.
These detailed and sophisticated techniques can also be applied to the correction of one's appearance and to reduce the effects of the ageing process.

RE is a Latin prefix found in many English words. It's root meaning is 'back' or 'again'. We have based our Logo on the prefix RE: - embodying the philosophy & craft of plastic surgery.
Our choice of Logo reflects the strong tradition of excellence in reconstruction and rebuilding in restorative and rejuvenative techniques, and the artistry inherent in Plastic Surgery, encompassing all of the concepts listed above and more besides.
